After my disastrous attempt at an order, I noticed many of these reviews suspiciously have the same date.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago for this necklace and haven’t received it, although I did receive a message indicating it was delivered. After attempting to contact the vendor via email and phone to no response, I finally was able to connect on WhatsApp where I was informed my necklace wax engraved (!?!? With what?!?) and would ship in 2 days? Obviously I asked for a cancellation of this certifiable mess, and have received no confirmation of such.
I am appalled that something with a sensitive nature such as this was handled in such a sloppy, unprofessional manner.
This “business” appears to be barely functioning.
