These Terms and Conditions govern any access or use of the website at www.glur.co (“Website”) operated by GLUR [Digital Pals Technology and Consultancy LLC] (“GLUR”, “Digital Pals”, “we”, “us”), registered in USA with the registered address “30N North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA” as well as any services consisting of product sales provided on or through the websites (“Services”).
These terms and conditions are the sale contract (“Contract”) between you and GLUR which covers sale of products through the Website. Please make sure that you read these terms and conditions and understand this document fully.
By using our website and Services and ticking the box just before you checkout, you will be deemed to agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Since this Terms are considered as sale contract, we strongly recommend that you print this document to your computer for future reference.
We have right to revise these Terms at any time. These revisions may apply to your order to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements.

- PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
- Services as used herein includes any services, features and functionality of our Website related to the purchase or sale of our products.
- We act with a reasonable effort to provide you quality products and information related to specifications of our products. In order to do that we include information about product descriptions, dimensions and colors displayed on the Website. However, the display of our products may not be complete or accurate due to the variations in computer monitors or other devices. We recommend you to read the specifications carefully before proceeding to buy via our Website or contact us for your queries.
- If you order products with natural-colored stones, please be aware that the gemstones used may have different colors and looks. Although all our stones are natural, we can’t guarantee that the color of a reproduced product will exactly match a previous one. Each colored stone product might have variations in tone and color.
- Please note that, product sizes, colors, dimensions and measurements detailed on our website may not be exact.
- All Products purchased on the Website are strictly accompanied by a certificate of authenticity which will be given to the Customer with the Product(s).
- Due to relevant law and regulatory requirements, products may include minor changes.
- CONTRACT AND ORDERING A PRODUCT
- Our Website will guide you to take necessary steps to buy our products. Please take the time to read and check your order before confirmation.
- You will be asked to become a member of our website to complete your order. You can follow the relevant steps to become a member of our website and complete your order.
- If you have already registered with us, you may enter your sign-in details to access your account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We recommend you not disclosing it or share it with others.
- After we receive your order, we will write an email acknowledging that we have received your order. Orders will be processed if accepted by us and available in our stocks. Confirmation of your order will be delivered via another email and after this second email the Contract will enter into force. After that we will proceed to take payment for your order.
- You will receive another e-mail from us when your products are dispatched to the shipping address you submitted.
- In order for your orders to proceed smoothly, we recommend you to be sure you provide us with the correct e-mail address and contact information and check each e-mail for accuracy and also your e-mail folders including spam folders.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of the following:
- Product ordered might be out of stock,
- Authorization for your payment may not be obtained,
- The price or description of the chosen product may be incorrect,
- GLUR may not be able to deliver to your destination or
- GLUR cannot verify delivery or payment information you have supplied.
In this case you will be informed of this situation by an email. If you have already paid for the product, GLUR will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
- Please note that orders from customers under the age of 18 will not be accepted.

- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- Not all products presented on our Website is available for immediate purchase. In order to purchase a product immediately from our website, product has to be indicated as “Available Online” on our Website.
- Products indicated as “Available Online” on our Website will shipped within 6-8 working days.
- GLUR reserves the right to change products offered for sale on the Website at any time and without notice.
- Some orders might have limits on the amount you can buy. As GLUR, we have right to refuse orders exceeding a certain number of authorized products at any moment in time without prior notice.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
- Prices of our products are indicated on our Website in USD and are also shown on the order pages when you process your order.
- Product prices includes VAT and other charges such as delivery, tax etc. will be added at the end of the order process and shown to you prior to checkout.
- Please note that VAT ratio may change between the date of your order and the date of delivery due to regulatory changes. In these situations, GLUR may adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
- Currently our Website is processing orders for delivery to the United Kingdom, European Union countries, the United States of America, Canada and Australia. If you're in a different place then any of these countries, get in touch with us to help you order directly from our team. Please be aware that upon delivery to the designated destination, the order will be subject to local import duties and taxes. It's important to note that we bear no responsibility for these local duties and taxes in countries beyond the United Kingdom, European Union countries, the United States of America, Canada and Australia. The responsibility for settling any such import duties and taxes rests solely upon you.
- GLUR has right to change prices for products listed on the Website at any time and without notice.
- Payments with the debit card and credit cards: (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay, Stripe) are accepted. Payments have to be made before we send products. Your credit or debit card will be charged after we have verified and started processing your order. As you make a credit card payment for your purchase, we will present the option to save your credit card details for future orders. If you choose to save your information, please be aware that this falls under our Privacy Policy's terms for handling personal data.
- DELIVERY
- Our website is delivering to the United Kingdom, European Union countries, the United States of America, Canada and Australia.
- As you choose the delivery address during the completion of purchase order, our prices indicated at the end of your purchase include import duties, taxes and delivery costs. Our company cannot be held responsible from the problems arising from the custom procedures (e.g. if the product shipped is not accepted to enter the relevant country due to the laws and legislation).
- In case you want to order to a destination other than listed above, we may offer alternative choices for your delivery. Simply contact us via info@glur.co.
- If your chosen product is available on our website, the items will be delivered to your indicated address within 6-8 (six-eight) working days from date of confirmation of your order. Express delivery is available for certain orders. When placing your order, you will see whether this option is available for your particular order as well as the costs of this option.
- You may track your order through the e-mails we send you following your order placement and dispatch of your products. You may always contact us via info@glur.co for your questions related to your order.
- Once the package is delivered and you signed the relevant form, you will be deemed fully responsible from the products.
- RETURNS AND FAULTY PRODUCTS
- Customers have right to change their minds within 14 days from the date they received their order and receive a refund as store credits or cash if the requirements in section 7.2. and 7.3. have been met.
- The product manufactured by GLUR, are the products that is not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene. Therefore, termination of this Contract according to Section 7.1 is possible only if the product itself is unused and the protective transparent seal is not opened.
- Right to change mind of the consumers cannot be used, if the product itself is custom made or resized. In other cases, please contact us to exercise your right to change mind at info@glur.co and provide your name, home address, order number and your phone number.
- It is your responsibility to return the product to us safely within the first 14 days of receiving your order. GLUR does not cover the cost of any return shipments.
It is advisable to ensure the return shipment, as you hold an obligation to exercise reasonable care over the items and will bear responsibility for any damage to them until they are received at our warehouse. Furthermore, we suggest utilizing a secure and traceable shipping method when returning your order to the provided address. Please retain proof of sending in the event of any dispute.
If the customer wants to exercise its right to change mind, the product has to be returned accordance with the article 8 of the Terms.
- The product is considered faulty due to customers residency law, the laws which cover product liability of the customers residence would be applied.
- RETURNS
- Customers have right to return/exchange the items they bought from our website in 14 days from the date they received their order, only if;
- The items are not worn/used, are in good condition and the protective transparent seal is not opened.
- The items are in the package along with the original invoice and certificate of authenticity as sent originally.
- Please note that customized or resized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In order to return/exchange any items, you will need to send us an e-mail via info@co stating your name, delivery address, phone number, order number and in case of exchange, the item code, reason of the return and size of the new product(s).
- We will reply your e-mail with a return address within 48 hours and inform you of our return address for you to send your product. After you send us the product and your package has arrived (within 14 days from date of delivery), we will inspect the items and have right to refuse the return if the items are not in good condition or complete as stated above.
- If your return passes our inspections, we would refund you with store credits or cash refund according to the reason of return. However, duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
- Please follow the instructions below, when packing your return to send back to us:
- Put the jewelry back in the GLUR pouch. Please wrap the pouch with a bubble wrap or a tissue paper for protection and place it in the presentation box.
- Please make sure that you put certificate of authenticity and presentation box with safely packed jeweler in another small bag or pouch before placing in sturdy box. You may use the shipping box, you have received your order in.
- After packing, please make sure the package is sealed securely.
- We recommend you to keep the shipping document until the items reach to us, in case of a lost or stolen package.
- Please note that the return shipping costs will be covered by you and if the items are subject to any custom duties and taxes, these will be deducted from the refund.
- Your refund will be realized as store credits or cash within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of our e-mail confirming that your return has been accepted.
- If you want to exchange your items for other items with a higher price, the difference will be charged and invoiced to you. For the products exchanged with lesser priced items, the difference will be refunded as store credit or cash refund.

- YOUR USER ACCOUNT AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

You must not permit others to use your account details. You are responsible for the activities of any users that occur in connection with your account.

You must initiate this dispute resolution process by sending an e-mail describing the nature of your claim to info@glur.co If the parties do not reach agreement to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after initiation of this dispute resolution process, the Wyoming courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms or use of our Website.
